By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this program, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed below. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Participant”) and BoomerTrade.com (“Company”).

1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

This program includes immediate access to proprietary digital materials, video content, and intellectual property that cannot be returned.

For this reason:

All sales are final
No refunds are provided under any circumstances
You agree not to request, pursue, or initiate a chargeback or payment dispute
Difficulties in understanding, applying, interpreting, or using the material do not qualify for refunds

A chargeback attempt constitutes breach of contract, and the Company may submit these Terms, payment receipts, and communications as evidence.

2. Program Description & Scope

This is a self-paced home study program, providing access to existing training materials only.

Your purchase includes:

Full access to the complete library of current training courses
Video lessons, modules, and strategy trainings available at the time of purchase
Access to the platform as long as the program and platform are reasonably maintained
Technical support for login or access-related issues

Important Clarification

This program does not include:

1-on-1 coaching
Personal mentoring
Group coaching
Zoom calls
Training-related support
Help interpreting, applying, or understanding the material
Strategy-related answers or analysis

This is strictly a self-learning, stand-alone training program.

3. Participant Responsibility

By enrolling, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own learning pace
You will review the material thoroughly
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the training
You understand that the Company does not teach or answer questions in this program
You cannot claim misunderstanding, difficulty, or personal confusion as grounds for refund or dispute

Trading outcomes depend entirely on your own decisions, experience, discipline, and risk management.

4. No Earnings Guarantee

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

Profits
Performance
Income
Success rate
Personal trading progress
Financial results

Any examples or references to student experiences are anecdotal and not promises of typical or expected outcomes.

Trading involves risk, and you may lose money.

5. Intellectual Property

All training content—including videos, strategies, systems, techniques, PDFs, course outlines, names, branding, and methods—is the exclusive property of Boomer Trade LLC.

You agree not to:

Share
Distribute
Upload
Resell
Reproduce
Post
Forward
Screen-record
Store in shared drives
Create derivative work from

any portion of the program.

Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in termination of access without refund and/or legal action.

6. Permission to Use Student-Generated Content

By participating in the program, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use:

Comments you post
Screenshots you voluntarily share
Feedback, messages, or insights
Examples of trades you share

for educational, instructional, or promotional purposes.

No confidential account numbers or private financial data will be shared.

7. Technical Support

Technical support is provided only for:

Login issues
Access errors
Broken links
Platform-related problems

Technical support does not include:

Trading questions
Strategy coaching
Interpretation or application of the material
Personalized assistance

8. Lifetime Access – Definition

Enrollment includes lifetime access to all current courses in the program.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the program and/or the lifetime of the Company’s online training platform as reasonably maintained.

It does not mean:

Your personal lifetime
A guarantee that the Company will operate forever
A perpetual obligation to maintain the program indefinitely

If the platform or program is retired, access ends when those services end.

9. Payment Terms

This program is a one-time purchase of $1,997
There is no payment plan
Once access is provided, the sale is final
You may not cancel or reverse payment

10. No Investment Advice

The Company is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment manager.
The Company does not:

Trade on your behalf
Provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
Manage money
Make recommendations personalized to your situation

All decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

11. Program Access Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

A working device
Reliable internet
Ability to access videos, PDFs, and the platform

Failure to maintain your own access does not qualify for refunds or adjustments.

12. Modifications to Program

The Company may modify, update, improve, or replace any part of the program as part of normal business operations.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement
You waive any right to dispute, challenge, or reverse charges
You understand the nature of a self-study training program
You accept full responsibility for your learning and outcomes
